Nice to see that all of those complaining about the form vote after the BRM, actually voted in favour of that vote during the BRM.
Yes - maybe they thought everyone would vote "Dissaprove". Luckily most countries ztepped up to their responsibilities and voted something on the responses they knew - and abstain on the rest. As Rick Jelliffe noted on his blog - you don't loose face voting "abstain" ... it is more or less a requirement.
